Arranging 2
and 3 axis velocity sensors and water level sensor at interval of
10cm to measure wave flux at 0.5 second cycle.
Our electromagnetic
current sensors for hydrographical experiments have been fully remodeled,
following 30 years of user patronage. The new series of EM sensors
have digital output and high-speed sampling rates, and they are
less sensitive to magnetic noise. This is also applied to the High-Sensitivity
Water Level Sensor.
The new-generation sensors can be connected to a small interface
box, which acts as a multiplexer that facilitates simultaneous measurements
of up to four different sensors. Individual sensors can also be
operated with analog output. New isolation circuitry allows the
Water Level Sensor to be placed within 5 cm of the current sensor
without affecting the current measurement.

The
water current carries electrical charges, which move through the magnetic
field generated by the coil. The moving charges induce a voltage potential
in the opposing electrode pairs (1 ,3) and (2,4), which is directly
proportional to the speed o the current. The electrode
pairs form orthogonal (X,Y) axes so that the current speed is given
